In the void, in suspense of what has been, what is, and not only what is to come, but what may or may not...

This piece is about the idea of being, the existence of creation itself, and what it means to be in the moments we ponder in quiet solitude. I tell myself it's okay to ask the questions and to not know the answers. Her womb is darkened for this reason, because sometimes we must be in the dark, unknowing. She is the maiden, the mother, and the crone, if not in her physical form, in mentality, in emotion.
